Marathon 修正：收紧 WSTR 霰弹枪，恢复音效，为 Cryo Archive 铺路

Bungie 在 1.0.5 补丁中把 Cryo Archive 加进了游戏但暂时上锁，同时削弱了滥用的 WSTR 霰弹枪、给 Opportunist 加冷却，并恢复了战斗时的听觉距离。
