Spring colors land on the Racing Bulls car

Racing Bulls have rolled out a bold new look for the upcoming Japanese Grand Prix. The car’s special livery borrows its palette and energy from Red Bull’s Spring Edition can and was revealed at Red Bull Tokyo Drift, an event celebrating Japanese car culture.

What’s new

  • Color scheme: white, red and yellow.
  • Launch event: unveiled in Tokyo at Red Bull Tokyo Drift.
  • Drivers present: Arvid Lindblad and Liam Lawson attended the launch.
  • Design partner: created in collaboration with Japanese calligrapher Bisen Aoyagi.
  • Team kit: the Faenza-based squad will wear matching special kit inspired by the livery.

Why this matters

The team says the project is about building a connection with younger fans and the cultures that shape motorsport. Racing Bulls CEO Peter Bayer explained that the idea started with the Red Bull Spring Edition can, and that working with Bisen Aoyagi helped turn that bold look into something suited for the track.

Peter Bayer: "The creative direction for this special livery and team kit originated with the Red Bull Spring Edition can, and together with Bisen Aoyagi, we transformed that bold design into something truly unique for the track.

Unveiling it in Tokyo, in front of the passionate fans at Red Bull Tokyo Drift, makes this moment even more special for our team.

The result is a striking, regionally tuned look that the team hopes will stand out at the Japanese Grand Prix and connect with local fans and global followers alike.
